General Terms and Conditions for Quran Courses
1. Course objectives:
Quran classes are designed to teach the reading, memorization and understanding of the Quran, in accordance with the principles of Islam.
Participants will develop their skills in tajwid (rules of recitation), as well as in understanding the verses.
2. Admission requirements:
The courses are open to participants of all ages, with groups formed according to each person's level (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
Participants must be motivated and committed to following the program for the duration specified at the time of registration.
A form must be completed and submitted to the course organizers.
3. Registration and fees (2025-2026):
Registration of 1 child: A symbolic annual contribution of $40 .
Enrollment of 2 or more children: A symbolic annual contribution of $30 per child.
Payment by Interac only to the following email address: association.mosquee.beauport@gmail.com and please write the child's name in the Interac e-Transfer notes.
4. Commitment and diligence:
Participants are required to attend classes regularly and to notify the school in case of absence.
More than three unjustified absences may result in exclusion from the program.
Participants agree to respect the schedule and to actively participate in the proposed activities and exercises.
5. Behavior and respect:
Classes are held in a respectful and supportive environment. Any form of disruption or disrespect towards the teacher or other participants is prohibited.
Appropriate and respectful attire is required during classes.
6. Teaching materials:
Participants must bring their own Quran or lessons, notebooks and other supplies necessary for the courses.
The Association will provide learning materials and educational support, according to the needs of the program.
7. Confidentiality and security of information:

The personal information of participants will be treated confidentially and used only for the purposes of Quran classes.

No audio or video recording of the sessions is permitted without the prior consent of the teacher and the Association.
8. Modifications and cancellations:

The Association reserves the right to modify class schedules, reorganize groups or cancel a class if the number of registrations is insufficient.

Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible .
The Groups
Currently we have two groups:
Sunday Group
Session September 2025 - June 2026
Time : 11am to 12:30pm
This group is for different age groups.
Friday Group
Session September 2025 - June 2026
Time : 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
This group is intended for children aged 5 to 10 years old.
